To create the blue neon effect on the shots without having to resort to only lighting, I could use different PVC sheets to cover the camera lens with a coloured sheet to create this effect.From the audience research I would have to have the main colour as neon blue. RThis could easily be done by putting the sheet over the camera lens and have lighting at various points to create different shadows of blue.
